The Feminist Musique: A Celebration of Women in Music

Despite their historical struggle of visibility in the arts, women have persisted as prolific and influential musicians and composers. Join Parcae as we elevate and give voice to female composers from many eras, ranging from the Middle Ages to the Romantic Period, up to new music by living composers. In addition to showcasing various European female composers, we particularly highlight the intersectionality of Black American female composers over the last century.

*This event is open to the public and will accept a free will donation.
